Skanska Reality has launched sales of Bytové domy Nová Ruda, a new residential project in Vratislavice, outside Liberec, North Bohemia.
The developer plans to build 129 units in two apartment houses as well as a villa there. “We perceive residential projects in the regions as an interesting opportunity to strengthen market share,” Naděžda Ptáčková, Skanska Reality’s sales and marketing director, said in a statement. Prices of the apartments start at Kč 27,277 (€1,000) per square meter, value added tax (VAT) not included, with units ranging from 33 sqm to 114 sqm in size. Construction of the new project is scheduled to start May 2010, with completion due 16 months later. The project will have 68 underground parking places and an additional 66 parking places outside the buildings, as well as a café and a pizza restaurant located in building A.
