T.S. Bohemia, a leading Internet shop on the domestic market, last year increased sales to Kč 1.44 billion from 2008’s Kč 1.32 billion, the firm’s head Petr Schrom announced.
T.S. Bohemia’s management expects sales to rise by 15-20 percent this year. The Internet shop had more than 380,000 clients last year, Schrom said. Notebooks, LCD TVs, computer components and household appliances are the main revenue source. T.S. Bohemia, active on the Czech market for 16 years, also runs 11 brick-and-mortar outlets where customers can collect their goods. Online shopping has been increasingly popular in the Czech Republic in recent years.
